Did you know that St. George has one of the longest zip lines in Utah? The Green Valley Gap zip line is 800 feet long!

This invigorating experience starts with a few hundred-foot climb up to the beginning of the course. Ziplining is clearly not for the faint of heart, but almost anyone fit enough to make the climb do it. Typically, you must weigh between 60 and 275 pounds to zip line.

3. Canyoneering

Zion offers some of the best canyoneering courses around.

In case you don't know, canyoneering is a sporty activity that takes you up boulders, down cliffs, through streams, and much more.

In Zion Canyon, there are a huge variety of trails for canyoneering of all difficulty levels. You can find great instructor-led day trips or sign up for training courses to eventually try canyoneering on your own.

This activity is equally great for fitness junkies and family fun.

Between helicopter rides and hot air balloons, you're sure to make memories that will last a lifetime on a St. George air tour.

This activity is great for all persons of reasonable health above age 4.

5. Desert Walk
