David Ellis

David Ellis is the Broker and Owner of The Agency St. George and one of Southern Utah's most experienced real estate professionals.

Since beginning his real estate career in 2003, David has closed more than 648 transactions totaling over $300 million in career sales volume. He specializes in luxury homes, second homes, relocation, new construction, investment properties, and residential real estate throughout St. George, Washington County, and Southern Utah.

David's career spans ownership and leadership across multiple respected brokerages. He previously owned and operated RE/MAX First Realty in St. George for more than a decade, founded and served as Principal Broker of Ellis & Co., a boutique luxury real estate brokerage, and now leads The Agency St. George as Broker and Owner.

In addition to his production, David has served in numerous leadership roles within the real estate industry, including President of the Washington County Board of Realtors, Director for both the Washington County Board of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors, MLS Chair, Chair of the Past Presidents Committee, and service on multiple Realtor committees. He is also a major RPAC contributor supporting property rights and the advancement of the real estate profession.

David holds several respected industry designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Certified MD Agent.
