One of the most popular real estate events of the year in Southern Utah is the Parade of Homes. The 2023 season begins February 17th and lasts until the 26th. It’s an event that excites Southern Utah locals and many out-of-towners who come specifically to experience the parade. St. George is well known for its beautiful homes and properties that are surrounded by picturesque desert landscapes. What is the Parade of Homes?

The Parade of Homes is a showcase of new homes presented by some of the best home builders in the St. George area. Each  builder presents their best work with creative and progressive ideas that are always interesting to check out; a unique and exclusive opportunity for the public to walk through and tour some of the finest new homes in the area.  You can see houses of every style of architecture and interior design such as modern, classic, farmhouse, colonial, etc. Real Estate Agents are also heavily involved, so if you’re looking for a new agent, you can meet plenty at the parade. The Parade of Homes in St. George is expected to have about 30,000 to 50,000 visitors this year. It’s a huge event that many people will be talking about and you will not want to miss out!

General Information

The St. George Parade of Homes includes 30 new homes in 2023. The self-guided tour is open from 10 am to 7 pm. The Southern Utah Parade is presented by Southern Utah Home Builders Association and Zions Bank. Tickets are $20, required for everyone over the age of three. You can purchase tickets online at https://paradehomes.com/web/page/general-information/ , at Red Cliffs Mall or Lin’s Market starting February 16th.  Your parade ticket will allow you to view all 30 homes over the 10 day period, and  we’re confident you will find it well worth the price to view all of this year's gorgeous homes.

You can see new trending home designs, the artistic choice of each home builder and interior designers, and you can see beautiful views and various areas of St. George. You can see red mountains, lava rock landscapes, and views of the city from up high. Touring these homes is such a fun way to spend time with family and friends this winter. Each house has a lively and creative atmosphere with friendly tour staff and you’re likely to run into some friends from around town. 

From the days of Feb 17th to the 26th, take a break from your usual routine and go explore the amazing homes at the parade!  And, if you can’t make it in person, you can take a virtual tour beginning February 22nd through March 31, 2023.
