New Additions & Announcements

So far Chipotle, Pizza Hut, Swig, Jersey Mikes, Rosie Nails, Mave Day Spa, Intermountain Golf Cars, Fabulous Freddie's, Mountain America Credit Union, and America First Credit Union are on their way to Desert Color.

Another exciting announcement is that Desert Color will be hosting Utah Tech’s 180-acre Innovation District. This will be Washington County’s first CTE (Career Tech Education) High School and K-5 charter school. There are so many opportunities to be a part of an amazing community at Desert Color and get the most out of your experience.

Just before you think Desert Color couldn’t get any better, they have a new park in the construction process. This park will be called Lizard Wash Park and it will feature 16 pickleball courts, 18 hole disc golf course, a bike park, spike ball courts, and a big pond. It will be a great and valuable addition to Desert Color!

Intermountain Health has also announced their arrival to a new 38-acre campus in the Desert Color area. The Intermountain Health team wants to provide more people with access to clinics, hospitals, and emergency care. Their brand new facilities will be able to accomplish that goal and give people the support and care they need.
