The destination resort golf at Black Desert is a top tier outdoor experience in Utah. The iconic pro golfer and course architect, Tom Weiskopf, created the 19-36 hole, 7,200-yard fairway housed in the red desert. This golf course is designed to allure both experts and beginners to play a memorable game on the pasture pool. The experience includes food & beverages, 15 minute tee times, golf carts with GPS feature, and admittance to the practice site & the 2-acre 36 hole course. Explore Desert Landscapes

The possibilities are endless within the desert terrain of Southern Utah. Black Desert is the perfect place to begin your journey, as it’s nestled within 600 acres of various trails and hikes. With Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park within driving distance you can explore and hike in those famous desert lands. Right near the resort sits Snow Canyon State Park which features canyons of red and white Navajo Sandstone, the extinct Santa Clara Volcano, fields of molten rock, and mounds of fine sand dunes. In this area of Southern Utah you have access to 130 miles worth of hiking and biking trails including locations where you can see ancient dinosaur tracks, fossils, and petroglyphs. If you’re a fan of the lake, Sand Hollow State Park is located near the resort and there you can enjoy a day of boating, fishing, and water sports on the reservoir.
