PA-13B is 31 acres within the development and has been City approved for 123 units (low density residential). The master plan allows for up to 3,196 residential units in the entire project which includes low, medium & highdensity residential sites. There are a total of 19 Planning Areas in the community with various acreage and zoning approvals. PA's will be interconnected with roads and underground utilities.
