Tacos El Monchis

My husband works out by the St. George Regional Airport. He invited me to join him for lunch at Tacos El Monchis, a wonderful, sort of “hole-in-the-wall,” authentic Mexican Food restaurant. It is located in a Sinclair Gas Station, on River Road in St. George, Utah.
Tacos El Monchis is located at about 3849 River Road. The place is very plain, but I thought the food was excellent. (Try to avoid lunchtime if possible because they are packed). I heard that they are known for their "on fire" green sauce, but I didn't have a chance to try it. They have a simple menu, but it includes everything I would order.
