Exciting News in St. George: Part 2

There are some exciting new things coming to St. George, Utah this Spring. Businesses are expanding, areas are growing, and new attractions are coming to town. Check out some of the new announcements to see what to look forward to in St. George!

New City Hall

St. George’s new City Hall is officially in the works! The land just across from Town Square has been purchased and is currently being prepared for construction. The old building will be an expansion of the police building. Hoping to have more info soon! 

New Fire Station HQ

A brand new fire station HQ is officially in the works as well with the city! The church on the corner of 400 E. and 100 S. was demolished and the new station is set to go there. It will be 20,000 sq ft. and be the official fire HQ for St. George City. This is going to be a huge addition and the plan is to be open in 2024! 

New Theater for St. George Musical Theater

It’s been a long time coming, but St. George Musical Theater (SGMT) is getting their own theater built! It will be located on South Main St. across from the old Cinema 6 building. There is no specific information on the time frame yet.

Amped Bikes

Amped Bikes, a new electric bike retail store, is now open! They have pedal assist mountain bikes, e-moto, foil boards, electric go karts and kids electric bikes. You can find them located at 147 S. Bluff St. The store is a great addition to the St. George community!

Bohme

Bohme, a local favorite located in Red Cliffs Mall, is set to double the size of their store! They sell high-quality and fashionable women's clothing in the boho style. They plan to open before August when school starts. 

Seint HQ

This massive global beauty brand, Seint, is almost finished with construction of their office headquarters. They’re hoping to begin operation by the end of April. Commercial storage units will be available soon as well on the other half of the building.

Arrow & Antlers Candle Co.

Arrow & Antlers Candle Co, a brand new boutique candle company, is now officially open! This candle making studio and retail store sells candles, home decor, clothes, and other home essentials. It's located at 157 E. Riverside Dr. #3C in the same complex as Ahi's restaurant.

Riverfront Medical Center

Their second building is almost finished at 617 E. Riverside Dr! It is fully leased and will be filled by St. George Surgical Center, Retina Associates of Southern Utah, the V.A., and an imaging center. It is set to be finished by the end of April!

Sheridan’s Home & Patio

This new patio furniture and accessory store is now open! There you can find dining sets, fire pits, umbrellas, high-quality backyard patio furniture, and more. They have a parking lot sale every Saturday. You can find this store at 1361 E. Red Hills Pkwy Suite C just down from St. George Shuttle.

New Hotel/Restaurant

Another hotel & restaurant combo is set to start construction on the hillside near Hilton Dr. There will be more information to come soon!

Burt Brothers Tire & Service

This tire store and auto repair shop is located over where Red Rock Auto was at 1680 W. Sunset Blvd. The Burt Brother’s have been assisting Utah with auto care since 1991! They are set to open this month!
